Questions and doubts of the last minute before leaving?
Here you will find the most frequently asked questions and perhaps the answer to what you need!

1) The sojourn tax is included?
All of the estimates do not include the city tax, € 1,00 per day per person more than 14 years, applied up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The payment of the tax must be paid in cash.

2) How can I confirm the booking? And in the event of a cancellation?
At the time of booking is required to send a deposit and the balance will be paid at the hotel during the stay.

3) What are the conditions of the hotel in case of cancellation?

  • up to 1 month before arrival the deposit will be refunded.
  • from 1 month to 10 days prior to arrival the deposit will be reused for another stay at the choice and according to our availability for the next year.
  • After that date, the deposit will be lost

4) At what time can we check-in and check-out?
The rooms will be delivered by 12.00 noon on the day of arrival and will be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. The apartments will be delivered within the hours of 15:00 on the day of arrival and will be vacated by 9:00 on the day of departure.

5) Are pets allowed?
Four-legged friends are welcome in our Residence. The hotel does not accept them. The only rule to adhere to, may not enter in the common areas: dining room, swimming pool, in the garden and in the lobby of the hotel.

6) Where can I leave my car?
Both the parking and the garage are located at the continental.

7) can I enter and exit from the Hotel when I want to?
The Continental is open 24 hours on 24 with night watchman.
